We’ve got a lot of experience – we’ve been here since 1992.

The company was founded in 1992 as a design office, and the production of plastic parts began in Artoleč in 1998. Since 2005, we’ve been based in newly reconstructed and continuously expanding premises in Nová Bystřice. We manufacture plastic parts using injection technology. This entails custom-made medium and large-scale production carried out using the latest CNC injection moulding machines from the world’s leading manufacturers.

We process almost all types of thermoplastic materials. Our major customers include those from the demanding automotive and electrical industries. We provide injection moulds production, their regular maintenance and necessary repairs in our own fully equipped tool shop.

We’ve been certified according to IATF 16949 since 2018.

How our company developed

1992 - Founding

Establishment of a design office, acquisition of the first injection-moulding machine.

1998 - New premises in Artoleč

Purchase and commencement of reconstruction of a former farm in Artoleč near Nová Bystřice, start of large-scale series production of plastic parts.

2000 - ISO 9001 certification

2003 - Purchase of the premises in Nová Bystřice

Acquisition and commencement of reconstruction of former wireworks in Nová Bystřice.

2003 - IS0 14001 certification

2005 - Start of production in the newly reconstructed premises in Nová Bystřice

2006 - ISO/TS 16949 certification

2013 - Start of modernization of the tool shop

Gradual retrofitting of a tool shop with modern CNC machines – electroerosion, wire cutting, laser, CNC machining centre and more.

2015 - Start of own production of injection moulds
